Having spent the day with that LKD feeling I was not looking forward to WI tonight, not only have I spent the last wek living off the heaviest food I've eaten in months but it is also TOTM, imagine my surprise then when I got on the scales and it read as a 4lb loss!!
I couldn't believe it so I demanded a recount only to find it was true!! HOORAH :O)
