So I was back to being a loser last week, that's all good, however since WI I have been starving ALL the time, not good!
Did ok all week and managed to resist the call of food, but yesterday I blew it but good! Foolishly bought a box of flapjack and just sat and scoffed the lot! hey ho, WI on Monday so who knows, might have exercised it away :0$
Talking of exercise signed up to a 'pump' class this week, it was ace, very low resistance but lots of repetition with weights. Gotta try and tighten up the ole bingo wings! However I could not move my arms for two days after the class lol
Well, here's hoping for a small gain tomorrow :O) x
