So WI was not as bad as expected, just the 1/2lb gain, bit of a shock but very very happy with the result, I do not argue with scales!!
Definitely back on the wagon now, think I just needed a week off after being on my journey for 18mts, feel very positive and ready for the remaining challenges!

Nightmare!
What a shocking week I have had!
Not been able to stop eating all week :O( I'm really annoying myself but I just can't stop!
Fully expecting a massive gain this week, anything less than 7lbs and I will be happy (ish)
On the positive side collected my new bike on Thursday and have been out everyday since, looking forward to riding to work and getting out and about, hopefully this will help get me back on track :O)

Hungry
So I was back to being a loser last week, that's all good, however since WI I have been starving ALL the time, not good!
Did ok all week and managed to resist the call of food, but yesterday I blew it but good! Foolishly bought a box of flapjack and just sat and scoffed the lot! hey ho, WI on Monday so who knows, might have exercised it away :0$
Talking of exercise signed up to a 'pump' class this week, it was ace, very low resistance but lots of repetition with weights. Gotta try and tighten up the ole bingo wings! However I could not move my arms for two days after the class lol
Well, here's hoping for a small gain tomorrow :O) x

Rubbish!!
Another disappointing WI this week :(
Stayed on track, kept within my points by 1 or 2 some days, but still managed a rubbish 1lb gain!!!
Ggrrrrr i have no idea why but I wish it would stop! I suppose I've got so used to losing every week that I am finding this hard to deal with, oh well, keep calm and carry on as they say!

Bit down
feeling a bit low this last week, not like me at all, really having trouble keeping my head around eating properly, i want to blame the fact that i have had so much success and the people that have seen my weight loss are now telling me i must be just about at goal - which is great don't get me wrong, however I know that I have still got the hardest part to do!
i only want to get down to about 12.5 st, but at the moment that feels a long long way away
still, I've not fallen off the wagon completely, even with a massive 3.5lb goal last week (not entirely sure why), just gonna keep my head down and stick to it the best i can
here's hoping for a better WI tomorrow :O) x

holiday
So I'm just back from a week in Bulgaria, deepest, darkest Bulgaria and I mean dark! The weather was rubbish, cold and wet, I was visiting family who live in the middle of nowhere in a small village that time forgot!
As a result the whole WW diet thing had to go out of the window, not looking forward to WI tomorrow but hey ho, it's not the end of the world and I'm sure I will soon be back on track.
I spent the week living on good wholesome food, but ultimately seasonal winter fare - beans, meat and plenty of carbs, not much in the way of 'naughty' stuff but big, heavy filling stuff, lets hope the scales are kind :O)

What is going on????
I am soooooo pee'd off this week :O(
I have been good this week (not that I'm ever bad!), eaten all my points most days, been to the gym everyday and yet I have still managed to GAIN 1/2 a pound!!!!!
I have reached a real sticking point and have been yoyo-ing around the 17.7 for the past 4 weeks and now it is hacking me off big time!!!
I was so close to going out and buying loads of crap, but managed to restrain myself.
Well, I'll keep working at it now I've had my moan! Good luck everyone still to WI x

Oh no!
Sad to report my first 'proper' gain this week! After having a fab weekend with loads of NSV's I've managed to gain 1.5lbs!
Oh well, back on the wagon good and proper now. Surprisingly I feel OK about it, thought i would break down in tears when this happened but I think because I was just having a ball for the first time forever I'm OK with it and will just move on with a positive frame of mind.
Luckily I didn't have to give my silver seven back!

Aaaarrrgggghhhhhh
Absolutely gutted! Gained 1/2 a pound this week, no idea why or how, maybe my pizza express treat did for me although i doubt it.
Spoke to my leader after meeting and she said a lot of things that made sense, such as my body is just catching up and I've probably lost inches - now the rational side of me can see all those things but the totally irrational side of me thinks why, why WHY!!!
Any way I'm going to stay positive and stay on track have to see some improvement eventually right?
