Mmmmm Graze

Had my weekly Graze box today and it was delish!

Came in at 7.5pts but was well worth it! Got fresh pink grapefruit and oranges, dates, walnuts and pumpkin seeds and a nice little helping of bbq almonds. Really nice as a change from carrot sticks!

I know they are a bit pricey but i think i will keep it up as weekly treat :O)

a loss is a loss is a loss

After last weeks fantastic loss I have only lost 1/2 a pound this week, but unlike the last time I had a small loss I am not being down about it, but staying positive, any loss is a step in the right direction.
So, onwards and upwards or should that be downwards?? lol

1st Graze Box

Having fallen for the hype and ordered a Graze box, it arrived today. Well..... it was OK actually, little bit more points wise than I normally have for lunch at 7 points but it was very nice. I had fresh pineapple, US nut mix - almonds, pecans and brazils and a Sm portion of pepper cashews. Not what I would normally choose for lunch but tasty and different all the same!
Only getting one a week as a change from houmous and carrot sticks, so I think I will stick with it for now.

Blimey, after two torturous weeks of only losing 1/2lb total my body has decided to give in to the fact that i am on a diet and I've lost 6lbs this week!
I am over the ruddy moon and although i was hoping for a loss i never expected it to be soooo much

Anyway, back to more mundane things, I have finally decided to check out the Graze Craze and have ordered my first box, mainly because it was free! Not coming til Wednesday so we will see, I'm sure i will get something i don't like even after carefully rating every product!
