so my R4L is now looming over the horizon and I thought i should probably get some sustained walking practice in as i want to beat my plodding time of last year - 56m. i mean i usually manage to clock up 6miles a day at work but that is just puddling about over 8 hrs, it's a long time (last years R4L) since i did any sustained walking!
90 mins in the gym and i managed the 3.3 miles in 53 mins! yay lets hope i can repeat that on the day :O)

Good luck with it, I have mine next Sunday, so will have to have a few walkies this week in preparation me thinks!! x
